Kim Oceana Nadel

Oceana’s goal is to redefine the way in which we live. Guided by her love for gaia - the earth - and using sacred space principles, she envisions truly equitable and regenerative places for conscious living.

She is a Gaia Education Certified Sustainable Designer, Just Communities accredited professional, and LEED AP with over 25 years experience in comprehensive design collaboratives combined with healthy and efficient design materials and strategies for the living environment.

From Canada, Oceana holds a B.S. in Organizational Psychology from McGill University and an M.S. in Interior Design from Pratt Institute in New York City. In addition, Oceana studied Furniture and Industrial Design at the Domus Academy in Milano, Italy.  

Oceana’s career launched in New York where she worked on sustainable projects including The Millennium Tower – the city’s first green condominium high rise. Hospitality Design magazine named her as one of “The Industry 20: Leaders in Innovation and Influence”. Her hospitality projects include space planning design for AVEDA spas and salons nationwide, interior designer for the Artistree Eco Resort and Conference Center in Northern California, and was named Modern Luxury’s Best Eco Designer for 2019 for Southern California. 

Oceana is an international speaker and advocate for wellness and biophilic design. She served on the MFA faculty of the NYSID where she introduced sustainability into the school’s curriculum. Kim co-authored The Green Pages: The Contract Designer’s Guide to Environmentally Responsible Materials and Products, a requisite for all Conde Nast 4 Times Square tenants. 

Oceana’s collaborations inspire transformative spaces that connect people and nature. She has consulted with, among others, The Permanent Earth Society in Southern Arizona where she worked on conceptual design and strategic architectural planning. In 2020, Oceana co-led the first global workshop for Catalyzing Communities for a Regenerative Future in Patzcuaro, Mexico which focused on empowering regenerative communities created with beauty, equity, resiliency and legacy. 

Her diverse knowledge, travels and creative edge move her to work on global projects promoting vitality and wellbeing. As a Vastu practitioner, she embraces the Ayurvedic healing science of architecture and planning and holds a Reiki Level 2 certification.  

Oceana resides in Southern California where she built her own green living lab (119 Living Studio). She enjoys ocean activities, dolphin watching and playing piano. Her bags are always packed for the next adventure in life - wherever the next community-based project may be.

Heather Linden

Heather is a radical lifestyle curator with an eclectic background in large and small scale interior design projects, educational & community initiatives, and intentional community development. Her diverse background serves to collaborate on such community projects with deep connections to support the wellbeing of the earth and the people. Heather has a BFA in Fine Arts & Early Childhood Education from Western University of Colorado, and a BA in Interior Design from Art Institute of Colorado. 

Early on in her interior design career, she worked on numerous large scale hospitality projects including The Bellagio Hotel, the Paris Hotel and Casino, and the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino.. Her time spent as an interior designer brought her clarity that her passion stemmed far beyond simply creating beautiful interiors. Heather began supporting and building programs for marginalized communities, those looking to reclaim the lost land of their ancestors and those seeking empowerment to move from a position of poverty in a self-directed manner. She has sat on many community boards and has acted as a connector and facilitator. Her most beloved projects are SproutIn’ Up CSA (NonProfit for Young Adult Farmers), Plenty Heirloom Farms, Be You Innovation Lab & E3 Personalized Learning Programs for the Thompson School District, The Life Center Larimer County and Catalyzing Communities for a Regenerative Future in Patzcuaro, Mexico.She resonates deeply with people and the land to inspire others to re-discover legacy and reciprocity. 

She is the CSO & Co-founder of H2A Botanicals, a wellness brand, developed with her daughter in 2012, that offers botanical skin care products that bring the world an herbal, botanical, and crystal infused product that helps connect ancient practices and organic wellness.

She founded The Botanique Fort Collins. A wellness center to bridge the healing processes of both earth and people in reciprocity. The Botanique redefined luxury by curating botanical & medicinal gardens supported by regenerative processes, utilizing old and new interior design methods that created an aesthetic space that wow’d it’s visitors.Plant medicines and sacred rituals of health and wellness existing together in a collaborative & sacred space. H2a Botanicals was organically infused into the The Botanique wellness center to support the blending of ancient traditions of botanical infusions, healing practices and collaborations with the on site CSA SproutIn' Up. The Botanique served the community to support music, physical movement, fine art,evolved epicurean experiences and community gatherings in the pursuit of reverence of beauty and balance.

Heather currently resides in Colorado and continues to be in awe of her natural surroundings. Her passions and business adventures support her travel bug and looks into every community with curiosity and wonder. Her passion to create a world of reciprocity is her purpose and she sees the future of the planet's dream.

Lili Blue

As Graphicli’s founder and principal, Lili Blue brings more than 20 years of applied experience in brand building, marketing and environmental graphic design for authentic, conscious and passionate brands with soul and purpose. 

At Graphicli, Lili builds creative strategies for impactful brand experiences, corporate identity solutions and wall art for community spaces. Leading brand consultant for creative, lifestyle and wellness spaces since 2000, she creates meaningful brand engagement across print, web and architectural environments for brands with social and environmental responsibility.

In 2012 she moved from Canada to Southern California where she continues to cultivate strong partnerships with like-minded co-creators located in different parts of the world, who come together to solve problems through creativity, mindfulness and collaboration helping the world become a better place.

Lili is passionate about healing people with words and creates site-specific word art installations for hospitality, wellness and sacred spaces. Lili designs Word Art to delight and to inspire everyday life and to enhance the way we feel and experience a space. She believes the power of words can heal the human spirit, and make a difference in all of our lives and in this world we live in. Word Art is life enhancing and moves humankind from passive to uplifted.

Lili holds a degree in Graphic Design from Dawson College and she studied Fine Arts and Design Art from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. She served as a graphic design teacher at Montreal College of Art & Design School and her award-winning work has been featured internationally.

Lili is an empathic, intuitive, creative artist. She serves humanity by channeling her creative energy into her work. Outside of art and design, her soul is ignited by delighting in writing, energy healing and being one with nature. 

Lili resides in Southern California where you can find her at the beach paddle-boarding with friends, traveling from her latest adventure and planning the next.
