Existing oceanfront hotel to be revamped and remodeled. We are taking a good look at their natural capital to find ways to improve their water and energy consumption and saving via new strategies and the latest technologies in addition to redesigning the common spaces and hotel rooms. We’re also re-designing their outdated outdoor pool area complete with new pool bar.
