119 Living Studio exemplifies the integration of environmental stewardship and modern design. Kim designed and built her personal home lab for green design where clients and colleagues learned meaningful options for eco-luxurious living.
Design features: responsible forestry construction materials, breathable earth plaster walls, 100% solar energy input roof array, locally sourced finishes, water and energy efficient strategies and products, indoor-outdoor connection to living spaces and an outdoor sanctuary with saline pool and spa.
