Seaside Estate

Kim was challenged to transform a 4,500+ square foot, oceanview Cardiff-by-the-Sea property that outlived an architect and two previous homeowners, and stood half completed for several years. The goal was to turn the home into a solid real estate investment that could compete and surpass North County San Diego’s other coastal show stoppers. Kim’s team revived the property from a desolate eye-sore to a luxurious, classic contemporary estate. Thanks to their design magic, the house recently sold for just under 5 million dollars – at the top of the market where it belonged.

Design highlights include: three levels, an elevator accessing all three levels, two full kitchens – one indoor and one outdoor, three interior and two exterior fireplaces provide several areas to relax and enjoy the ocean views, a private master suite situated on its own floor, a luxurious white on white marble master bath complete with a double shower and a stand alone bathtub, two garages, and a separate guest house.
